We offer full service worthy of the designation. We analyze the market and align price with product. On that basis, we devise a marketing strategy, implement the necessary measures and prepare initial tenancy documents. We oversee all phases from initial contact with prospective tenants to apartment viewings, reference checks and signing of rental agreements. The rental documents are prepared in close cooperation with selected management companies and we accompany owner and tenant through to turnkey handover. As our client, you receive monthly reports with all relevant facts on the progress of first tenancy.

Once you have approved the design of your building, we prepare plans for execution,which incorporate a diversity of factors, such as regulations, ordinances, building services and engineering. The execution plan is steadily optimized and adjusted as needed.

Execution is the last major phase of a building project. It involves all activities from preparing for construction to completing the project. Construction and project management are crucial in this phase to ensure that the project remains within budget. This requires reliable management, forward-looking planning, regular control, steadily updated information and much more. Execution requires a tight organization and well-advised delegation of tasks, skills and responsibilities.

Legally, walk-through means ensuring that the building complies with specific criteria and is ready for occupancy. The contractor is entitled to final walk-through when the project has been completed as specified by the contract. After walk-through, a report is submitted detailing any possible defects. Final walk-through is followed up by formal commissioning of the building and building services. At this time the owner or the owner’s agent also receives all project documents including the latest plans, operating instructions, briefing protocols as well as clearly worded information and instructions, e.g., for tenants of the buildings.
